Based upon the Catechism of the Catholic Church, this course introduces key concepts in sacramental theology. It then looks at each of the seven sacraments and studies their institution, their ritual celebration, their minister and recipients, and their effects. Sacramentals and Funerals are also treated briefly, as are aspects of popular piety and devotions.
